If you have not already done so, please come prepared to sign our membership book so that you can participate in the important decisions that will be made during the year.
Preliminary Agenda:
1. Legal requirements, affirmations.
2. Board Elections:
We will be electing a new board for a full two-year term. PLEASE look at the list of board positions. Note that the current board only has proposed candidates for some of the positions, but many are currently vacant!
Come prepared to volunteer yourself and/or put forward nominations for any or all positions!

3. Acceptance of new members
Here we will formally accept new members into the organization. We will cover the details, but operationally, all you need to do is sign our membership book prior to the meeting or at the meeting.
4. Priority Concerns By Section
This will be a facilitated session designed to elicit the primary concerns from each of the different sections of Akumal so that the committees and the Board can prioritize the council efforts going forward.
