Akumal Celebrates 50 Years May 29 - May 31, 2009 |

 On May 29th Akumal will host a 3 day Festival to commemorate 50 years since Pablo Bush Romero first arrived in Akumal on an expedition to the Matanceros Shipwreck. We invite all of you that care for Akumal and want to be a part of this memorable event to make your reservations soon! Volleyball,
children of all ages are welcome to join in and play volleyball on
the beach in front of Hotel Akumal Caribe. 4:00 - 6:00 PM: Sand Sculpturing and Kite Flying, children of all ages are encouraged to participate in making sand sculptures and flying kites on the beach in front of Lol-Ha 8:00pm to 11pm- Live Music at “La Buena Vida”.
