Casa de las Olas boasts four beautiful suites located right on Tulum beach and next to the famous Sian Kaan Biosphere reserve.  You can enjoy your own suite with a private entrance or you can rent all four rooms as a large villa. The Master suite is an open layout studio with two king size beds in a large living area with a kitchen and a spacious balcony overlooking the Caribbean. Or enjoy the amazing view from the ocean front balcony studio equipped with a ornate teak double bed and a kitchenette. They also have an ocean front studio with all the same amenities without the balcony or the junior suite for those staying more "on the go" that do not need the kitchen facilities.

A special feature of Casa de Las Olas is that it is a truly sustainable property.   From its conception the Casa was designed to be sustainable with an innovative roof that captures rainwater and the power of the sun, providing 20,000 liters of rain water for our vegetation and gravity-fed plumbing and 100% solar electricity. The Casa also offers a natural cooling system that passively circulates cool, fresh air throughout the home while forcing hot air out. All of the shampoos and soaps are locally produced and biodegradable, as are the cleaning products and garbage bags. They have a compost and recycling program to reduce waste and feed the tropical garden. In this way the property sustains large planting areas which is part of their CO2 offset program to help offset the small amount of fuel used by a back-up generator.
