Stephen Covey, the author of The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People, wrote in his book Principle-Centered Leadership, that "Principles are like compasses that point us to our true direction. They are objective, unchanging natural laws that are correct and relevant regardless of the external circumstances. They are timeless, universal behavioral standards that have governed the social values of all the great human societies and civilizations. They apply to all people and all roles at whatever time and place and in whatever situation. ... like a compass that points you to true north, to a consistent direction that will lead you to long-term effectiveness and success."

The Maya must have had one. Otherwise, how would they have built all the Sac-Be roads? A navigator certainly does. And we all do, in fact, whether consciously or unconsciously. Otherwise, how do we manage to navigate the intrinsic maps and roads of our everyday lives?
And so, how do you navigate the complicated roads of becoming part of this beautiful place called the Mayan Riviera, if you search to own a piece of property in "Paradise?"
Well, that is what we are here for. We are here to hold you and to guide you through the intrinsic aspects of navigation in the acquiring of a mortgage loan in Mexico to purchase a piece of "Paradise"—something you could call your own.
Getting a mortgage in Mexico does not require rocket science, and everyone in Mexico will tell you they can do it for you. However, traveling that road has made it "rocky" to many.
The reason is that, for the most part, they have not being properly advised by professionals and knowledgeable experts on the actual process, and have ended up paying a lot more than they should have. However, had they pulled out their compass first and pointed it to "true north," the results would have been different and the process more simplistic.
