How to Start an Alternative Medicine Kit?

From Homeopathy you can pick Hypericum and Arnica as ointments or creams. Hypericum for muscle pain and infected wounds, scratches, bites, etc. Arnica also for muscle pain, contusions, twisted ankles (or other twists) but should NOT be used when skin is broken.

The “Rescue Remedy” of the Bach Flower Therapy will help you when facing stressful situations (bad news, traumatic situations, accidents, arguments, upset, examinations, stage-fright); the remedy will bring back balance, calm and therefore Health, by placing positive feelings where bad emotions are taking over. Easy to use: pour 4 drops in the tongue or 4 drops of the formula in 6 oz of pure water…stir gently and drink it; have 4 of these at least 4 times a day and always as soon as you wake up and at bedtime.
